Section XXXIII-901 - General ProvisionsA. The contracted MCOs and the CSoC contractor shall be accredited by an accrediting body that is designated in the contract, or agrees to submit an application for accreditation at the earliest possible date as allowed by the accrediting body. Once accreditation is achieved, it shall be maintained through the life of this agreement.B. The MCOs and CSoC contractor shall be required to track grievances and appeals, network adequacy, access to services, service utilization, quality measure and other monitoring and reporting requirements in accordance with the contract with the department.La.
