Section XXI-11705 - Crisis Extension ProvisionsA. Additional services (crisis support) outside of the waiver cap amount shall be approved by the OCDD state office. Crisis designation is time-limited, depending on the anticipated duration of the causative event. Each request for crisis designation may be approved for a maximum of three months.La. Admin.
