Section XV-6503 - Service Limit Exemptions

A. The following limitations on services shall not apply to Medicaid-eligible recipients under the age of 21:

1. inpatient hospitalization stay limits;

2. outpatient hospital emergency room limits;

3. physician office visit limits;

4. physician hospital visit limits;

5. home health annual visit limits;

6. home health daily limits on nursing and nurse aide services.
