Section VII-32305 - Special StaffingA. When the secretary of DHH determines that additional staffing or staff with specific qualifications would be beneficial in correcting deficient practices, DHH may require a facility to hire additional staff on a full-time or consultant basis until the deficient practices have been corrected. This provision may be invoked in concert with, or instead of, the sanctions cited in §32307La. Admin. Code tit. 50, § VII-32305
