Section I-251 - Misbranding-Misleading Labels [Formerly 49:2.0250]A. A label may be misleading by reason (among other reasons) if: 1. the order in which the name of ingredients appear thereon, or the relative prominence otherwise given such names; or2. its failure to reveal the proportion of, other fact with respect to, an ingredient, when such a proportion or other fact is material in the light of representation that the ingredient was used in fabricating the food.La.
