Section I-1151 - Official Names Required [Formerly 49:4.0240]A. The name of a substance or derivative required to be borne on the label of a drug by regulation §1163 or R.S. 40:617 (A) (5) and regulations promulgated thereunder shall be the common or usual name of such substance or derivative, unless it is designated solely by a name recognized in an official compendium and such designation complies with the provisions of R.S. 40:617 (A) (4).La.
