Section I-1101 - Drug Name [Formerly 49:4.0010 Drug Name]A. The name by which a drug is designated shall clearly distinguish and differentiate the drug from any name recognized in an official compendium unless the drug complies in identity with the identity prescribed in an official compendium under such recognized name.La.
