Section XXXVII-703 - Duplicate CertificateA. Any person holding a certificate issued by this board and desiring a duplicate thereof, may obtain same from the secretary of the board upon application accompanied by a fee as established by the board.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXXVII-703
