Section XXXVII-1303 - Unlawful PracticeA. It shall be unlawful for a firm, partnership, corporation, an association of individuals, or anyone other than those individuals licensed under Title 37, Chapter 10, Articles 831 et seq., to engage in funeral directing, embalming or cremation as defined within Article 831 et seq.La.
