Section XXXV-2101 - PenaltyA. Whoever violates any provision of this Part, upon conviction shall be fined not less than $300 or more than $500, and/or be imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXXV-2101
