Section XXXV-1903 - Deposit of Fees and FinesA. All fees received by the board and all fines collected under the provision of these rules shall be deposited in the State Board of Electrolysis Examiners' account. The board shall have authority to expend the funds in said account for the operating expenses of the board and for other expenses incurred in the administration and enforcement of this Chapter.La.
