Section XXXIII-403 - Form of Payment RequiredA. With the exception of nonrestricted dental and dental hygiene license and permit renewal fees, payments to the board of fees or costs shall be made in U.S. funds in the form of a check, a certified check, a cashier's check or a money order.B. Nonrestricted dentists and all dental hygienists shall pay license and permit renewal fees to the board in U.S. funds in the form of a check, a certified check, a cashier's check, a money order, or a credit card.La.
