Section XXVII-319 - Continuing Education-Risk ManagementA. The phrase "risk management," as referred to in R.S. 37:2810(2), means the identification, investigation, analysis and evaluation of risks and the selection of the most advantageous method of correcting, reducing or eliminating identifiable risks.La.
