Section XXVII-111 - Notice of HearingA. The board shall notify the person against whom a complaint has been made when said complaint appears to be sufficient cause for either suspension or revocation of a chiropractic license. This notice shall notify the person against whom the complaint is made 30 days prior to the hearing, and such notice shall conform to the requirements of R.S. 49:955.La. Admin.
