Section XXV-939 - RehearingsA. A decision by the board or a board hearing panel in the case of adjudication shall be subject to rehearing, reopening, or reconsideration by the board as provided for in R.S. 49:959, provided the board receives such a request at its office within 10 days of the entry of the board's final decision. If the board receives such a written request by mail after 10 days of the entry of its final decision, the request will be considered timely if the request is post-marked within the 10-day period.La.
