Section XXIII-901 - CertificateA. The board shall certify persons as to their qualifications established by testing, training, education, and experience to operate a classified solid waste processing or disposal facility. A certificate, suitable for framing, shall be provided to each successful applicant by the board. This certificate shall clearly show the name of the operator, type of certification, any limitations imposed, the expiration date, and any other data deemed appropriate by the board. Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality employees involved in the inspection or permitting of a classified solid waste processing or disposal facility may be certified provided they meet the requirements of this Chapter.La.
