Section XXIII-501 - Operation of Facilities by Certified PersonnelA. No individual, municipality, parish, public or private corporation, partnership, firm, agency of the state, or the United States government, or any agent or subdivision thereof, or any other juridical person shall operate a classified solid waste facility unless such facility is operated by individuals who have been certified in accordance with these rules for the operation of the particular facility.La.
