Section XXI-303 - Examination to be under Direction of the BoardA. The examination shall be under the direction and control of the board, but the board may employ assistants to prepare the questions, conduct the examination and submit recommended grades.B. Examination questions together with the answers or keys, shall not be disclosed prior to the announced results of the examinations.C. The identity of each candidate shall be and remain unknown to the board until after the final results are announced. Before the commencement of the examination an identifying number shall be assigned to each candidate, who shall enter such number on each group of papers used in the examination and shall not enter his name at any place on the examination papers.La.
