Section XLV-11133 - Recommended Decisions; NoticeA. The recommended decision of the committee in an adjudication proceeding shall be set forth in writing, shall include findings of fact and conclusions of law, and shall be signed by the presiding officer of the hearing panel on behalf and in the name of the committee.B. Upon issuance of a recommended decision, a certified copy thereof shall promptly be served upon respondent's counsel of record, or upon respondent personally in the absence of counsel, in the same manner of service prescribed with respect to service of complaints.La.
