Section XLV-7723 - Sanctions Against Medical License or RegistrationA. For noncompliance with any of the provisions of this Chapter the board may suspend, revoke, refusal to issue or impose probationary or other terms, conditions and restrictions on any license or permit to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana, or any registration issued under this Chapter, held or applied for by a physician culpable of such violation under R.S. 37:1285(A)(6), and R.S. 1285(A)(30), respectively.
