Section XLV-6121 - Causes for Administrative ActionA. The board may refuse to issue, or may suspend or revoke any license or certificate, or impose probationary or other restrictions on any license or certificate issued under this Part, for violation of the board's rules relative to medical psychologists or for any of the causes set forth in MP Act, R.S. 37:1360.67 A.La.
