Section XLV-5901 - Necessity of Certificate; Supervision RequiredA. No person may perform or attempt to perform a diagnostic or therapeutic radiological examination or treatment or both in the private office of a physician or in a clinic in which a physician practices unless he has in his personal possession a certificate issued to him under Chapter 29 of these rules or is otherwise exempted from the requirement of such certificate pursuant to §2905. B or C.B. No person, not otherwise exempted under §2905. B of these rules, may perform or attempt to perform a diagnostic or therapeutic radiological examination or treatment or both in the private office of a physician or in a clinic in which a physician practices except under the direct supervision of a physician.La.
