Section XLV-391 - Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed ExaminationsA. The submission of an application for examination to the board shall constitute and operate as an acknowledgment and agreement by the applicant that the liability of the board, its members, employees, and agents, and the state of Louisiana to the applicant for the loss, theft, or destruction of all or any portion of an examination taken by the applicant, prior to the reporting of the score thereon by the entity offering such examination, other than by intentional act, shall be limited exclusively to the refund of the fees, if any, paid to the board for examination by the applicant.La.
