Section XLV-2337 - Restricted Licensure in GeneralA. With respect to applicants who do not meet or possess the practical experience requirements necessary for licensure, the board shall issue an apprentice permit which would authorize the applicant to obtain, under supervision, the required practical experience.B. Receipt of an apprentice permit shall not be construed to provide any right or entitlement whatsoever to licensure as a licensed midwife practitioner or to engage in the independent practice of midwifery.La.
