Section XLV-2309 - Procedural Requirements

A. In addition to the substantive qualifications specified in §2307, to be eligible for a license, an applicant shall satisfy the procedures and requirements for application provided by §2311 of this Chapter and successfully complete the examination identified in §2317 of this Chapter.
