Section XLV-1383 - Waiver of RequirementA. The board may, in its discretion, waive all or part of the CME required by these rules in favor of a podiatrist who makes written request to the board and evidences to its satisfaction a permanent physical disability, illness, financial hardship or other similar extenuating circumstances precluding the individual's satisfaction of the CME requirement.La.
