Section XLIX-105 - Notification of ChangeA. Every licensed nursing home administrator shall immediately notify in writing the office of the Louisiana Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators of any and all changes in name, address, position, or other information originally submitted on their initial registration and any subsequent changes thereto. Failure to comply with this rule within 10 days of the change will result in a penalty as set forth in this Part.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLIX-105
