Section XLIX-101 - Source of Authority; TitleA. The rules and regulations herein contained constitute, and comprise and shall be known as the "Rules and Regulations of the Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators of the State of Louisiana," and are hereby promulgated pursuant to the authority granted to, and imposed upon, the said board under and pursuant to the provisions of the state licensing statute.La.
