Section XLIII-301 - ChairmanA. The chairman shall exercise general supervision of the board's affairs, shall preside at all meetings at which he is present, shall appoint any committees within the board, shall sign vouchers, and shall perform all other duties pertaining to the office as deemed necessary and appropriate.La.
