Section XLIII-1110 - Prohibited Acts and PenaltiesA. Unless otherwise exempted, any person who knowingly engages in the practice of interior design without a valid license of registration violates this Chapter.B. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter or any rules and regulations adopted under its authority shall be fined not more than $500 for each such violation.La. Admin.
