Section XLI-719 - Prohibited BehaviorA. No rider may: 1. ride any horse not owned or trained by his contract owner or trainer in a race against a horse owned or trained by his contract owner or trainer;2. ride or agree to ride any horse in a race without consent of his contract owner or trainer;3. share any money earned from riding with his contract owner or trainer;4. accept any present, money or reward of any kind in connection with his riding of any race except through his contract owner or trainer.B.
