Section XLI-319 - Absence from StableA. Any trainer that anticipates being absent from his stable that he trains must have prior approval from the stewards, naming the trainer or assistant trainer that will saddle his horses and be responsible for his stable, however, in no case will his absence be over a duration of five days.La.
