Section XLI-2103 - Stable RegistrationA. Each stable name must be duly registered with the commission. In applying to race under a stable name, the applicant must disclose the identity or identities behind the stable names. If a partnership, limited liability company, or corporation is involved the rules covering such must be complied with.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLI-2103
