Section XLI-1501 - LicenseA. All persons whose business or profession involves the selling or distribution of drugs, medications, pharmaceutical products, horse food or nutrients of any kind or tack equipment on the grounds of an association, including their employees, shall be approved by the association and licensed by, and subject to the authority of, the commission.La.
