Section XLI-1303 - Subagent; Trainer as AgentA. An authorized agent may appoint a subagent only when authorized to do so by the document or application under which he was so licensed. A subagent, who must be licensed, may not act for more than one authorized agent or stable. A trainer may be the authorized agent for only one stable.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLI-1303
