Section XL-711 - Pre-Hearing ResolutionA. The board's staff and the licensee or other person against whom a complaint has been brought may attempt to resolve the complaint by means of a consensual agreement. Such consensual agreement may impose upon the respondent penalties or conditions which include, but are not limited to, requiring the licensee to complete additional training or educational courses, placing the inspector on probation, issuing a letter of reprimand, imposing fines of up to $1,000 per separate violation, and/or suspending or revoking the inspectors license, all as authorized in the law or these rules.B. The proposed consent agreement shall then be presented to the board at its next meeting. The board may accept the consent agreement as written, modify the agreement and send it back to the licensee for acceptance, or reject the consent agreement.
