Section XL-1101 - Judicial Review; Venue; TimeA. Any party of record aggrieved by a final board order or decision in an adjudication, rulemaking or declaratory order shall be entitled to judicial review whether or not application has been made to the board for rehearing. Such judicial review shall be initiated by the filing of a petition setting forth the objections to the board's decision or order with the Nineteenth Judicial District Court within 30 days of the date of mailing of the final board order or decision as provided for in the Administrative Procedure Act.La.
