Section XIX-313 - Paid Out of TreasuryA. The compensation of board members and all other necessary expense incurred by the board in carrying out its duties as well as expense for operating the office of the board, conducting investigations (including the hiring of investigators and counsel), examinations and the issuance of firm permits and certificates shall be paid out of the treasury of the board.La.
