Section XIX-2301 - Petitions; Orders and RulingsA. As authorized by R.S. §49:977.4, the board may hear and decide petitions for declaratory orders and rulings as to the applicability of any statutory authority or of any rule or order of the board. The petition shall contain sufficient information to enable the board to act thereupon, and the board may request additional information and facts. The board shall issue its order or ruling as expeditiously as possible after deliberate consideration of the issues involved and the interests affected. Such orders and rulings shall have the same status as board decisions or orders in adjudicated cases.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XIX-2301
