Section XIX-1903 - Investigating OfficerA. All charges shall be referred to the members of the board or other persons designated as investigating officers, who are appointed by the board chair. The investigating officer is the person who determines preliminary "probable cause" on behalf of the board, as referred to in R.S. 37:81(A).La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XIX-1903
