Section XIII-501 - Proceedings by the BoardA. The board may initiate proceedings for the promulgation, amendment, or repeal of any rule. Such proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.B. The board will maintain a list of persons who have made timely requests for advance notice of its rulemaking proceedings, and will give notice to such persons by certified mail pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act.La.
