Section XIII-1131 - Judicial Review of Adjudication [Formerly Section 923]A. Judicial review of a final decision or order in adjudication proceedings shall be in accordance with, and is governed by, the Administrative Procedure Act.B. The party seeking such judicial review shall cause to be prepared, and shall transmit to the reviewing court, the original or a certified copy of the entire record of the proceeding under review.
