Section XI-323 - Bell or GongA. The promoter shall be responsible for providing a bell or gong of sufficient size, that when struck by the timekeeper, to be clearly audible by participants, officials, and spectators. The gong shall be approved by the commission.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XI-323
