Section VII-113 - Water Supply
A. All barber shops shall be supplied with an adequate, potable supply of both hot and cold running water. Water heating equipment capable of supplying ample hot water of at least 100°F shall be provided and contained in a separate room or compartment from the barber shop and shall be vented to outside air. Nonfume producing equipment shall be supplied by the city system. If there is no city system, water shall be supplied from a gravity or pressure system.
B. All barber shops shall be supplied with sanitary drinking facilities.
