A. No person shall offer for sale a debt waiver or debt forgiveness agreement in this state until its sale materials, agreements, insurance policies and any and all documents used in connection with its offer and sale of such agreements shall be filed with the commission.B. Within 30 days of the receipt of the filing, the commission will notify the filing party of any additional requirements or grant its approval for the sale of the program.La. Admin.
