Section V-901 - Display Showroom Requirement [Formerly Section 1301]A. Franchised new motor vehicle dealers must have an enclosed new motor vehicle display showroom of not less than 400 square feet in area, and must maintain an adequate stock of replacement parts, an adequate shop area and adequate mechanical facilities for the proper servicing of the motor vehicles which he sells.B. Provided that low speed vehicles as defined from time to time by the Office of Motor Vehicles and exclusive heavy duty truck dealers are not required to maintain a display showroom as required by this Section.La.
