Section LXXXVI-501 - License of Title and Practice as Stated in R.S. 37:3450A. No person shall assume or use the title or designation "Licensed Professional Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor" or engage in the practice of vocational rehabilitation counseling unless he has in his possession a valid license issued by the board under the authority of this Chapter. Only persons in possession of a valid license issued by the board under the authority of this Chapter may perform vocational rehabilitation services.B. Except as provided in R.S. 37:3452, no person shall perform the services of a vocational rehabilitation counselor unless he has in his possession a valid license issued by the board under the authority of this Chapter.C. Except as provided in R.S. 37:3452, no person shall hold himself out as an expert of vocational rehabilitation services unless he has in his possession a valid license issued by the board under the authority of this Chapter.La.
