Section LXXXVI-1707 - Eligibility to File ComplaintsA. The committee will accept complaints that an LRC has violated one or more sections of the LLPVRC Code of Professional Ethics for Licensed Rehabilitation Counselors from the following: 1. members of the general public who have reason to believe that an LRC has violated the LLPVRC Code of Professional Ethics for Licensed Rehabilitation Counselors;2. LRCs or members of other helping professions who have reason to believe that a licensee has violated the LLPVRC Code of Professional Ethics for Licensed Rehabilitation Counselors;3. the committee chair when the committee has reason to believe through information received through materials in the public domain that an LRC has violated the LLPVRC Code of Professional Ethics for Licensed Rehabilitation Counselors.La.
