Section LXXXVI-1702 - Ethics Committee MembersA. The Ethics Committee is a standing committee of the board. The committee consists of at least three but no more than five board members, including committee chair, who are appointed by the chair of the board. Any vacancy occurring on the committee will be filled by the chair of the board.B. A quorum of three members of the committee is necessary to conduct a hearing or any other business to come before the committee.C. In the event any member of the committee has a personal interest in the case or has any knowledge of the case other than what has been provided to all committee members, he/she shall withdraw from hearing the case. In the event that the chair shall withdraw, the board chair shall appoint another committee member to act a chair of the committee.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXXXVI-1702
