Section LXXXVI-105 - VacanciesA. A vacancy occurring in board membership for an unexpired term shall be filled for the remainder of the term by the governor, within 30 days, from a list of qualified candidates submitted by the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals-Louisiana as prescribed in §3444 of R.S. 37:3441-3452.La.
